Abstract In power generation, several problems, such as high gain settings in the automatic voltage regulator and many transmission networks, can increase low-frequency oscillations line. This study aims to determine stability adjustment of Hybrid PV - Diesel Generating Load Frequency. this study, simulation was done by using Simulink Matlab program. The control design is applied finding optimum proportional-integral (PI) set program’s load frequency. transfer function from photovoltaic diesel diagrams changed a matrix M-File get value tuning damping ratio. real part obtained optimal overshoot rise time. lowest fundamental element, faster system responds. Regulations monitoring systems are carried out maintain quality frequency fluctuations caused arbitrary at generation on side. It also supports flow line tie-line due interconnection hybrid.
